Thank you for registering for the BHSN Track & Field Clinic! This clinic is open for children in kindergarten - 6th grade. 100% of all funds raised at the clinic support your BHSN track program.

You will register your child by ordering their t-shirt (and noting the child's name at checkout). We will email you important clinic details to the email you provide so please triple check it for accuracy!

Clinic date is 5/23/25 from 4:30PM - 8:30PM (arrive by 4:15) and all stations will be led by your BHSN track athletes. Each participant will receive a BHSN track t-shirt and will choose two events to participate in for the mini-meet at the conclusion of the clinic. 4:15-4:30 Registration
4:30-4:45 Warm-up with everyone
4:45-5:15 Station 1
5:15-5:20 Water Break
5:25-5:55 Station 2
5:55-6:00 Water Break
6:00-6:30 Station 3
6:35-6:40 Water Break
6:45-7:15 Station 4
7:20-8:30 Mini Meet

Stations will include: Running form and drills, Hurdles for all ages, Long jump/High jump, Shot put (softball for young ages), Relay races & fun running games.

MINI MEET:

Each athlete will pick 2 events. Events included will be the 100, 200, and 400. We will end the meet with a family 4 x 100 meter relay.
Family members can join the fun!
Bring water and a light snack, we will take breaks as needed
